Your Escape! Program

Escape is designed to help you take a close look at the contributing factors of your anxiety and panic disorder. For most anxiety sufferers these factors include, but are not limited to, control issues; perfectionism; resentment; anger and guilt; catastrophic thinking; low self-esteem; and mismanaged time. All of the aforementioned elements are rooted in deep-seeded fear, which creates unmanageable stress resulting in chronic anxiety and panic attacks.

In Escape, we will do some mental reorganizing and de-cluttering – by throwing out the old and bringing in the new – purging negative energy and replacing it will positive, healthy energy.

We are going to accomplish this by using the 7 R’s:

  • Relaxation
  • Realization
  • Re-education
  • Rehabilitation
  • Reinforcement
  • Responsibility
  • Reassurance

Escape is divided into a five session program. Plan to spend an entire week absorbing each session. It is possible to complete the entire program in as little as five weeks, although, I need you to use your best judgment when deciding that you are ready to graduate from one session to the next. Only continue from one session to the next when you feel confident you have fully absorbed the teachings of the previous lesson. These sessions build upon the other, and each is a critical component of the next.

Please don’t stress out over the completion of this program within a designated time frame – you have enough stress already. Escape is a powerfully effective program, but it was also designed to be enjoyable. Relax and take it easy. It’s a journey and I’m with you all the way.

Each session addresses specific emotional contributors to depression and panic disorder. The workbook portion of Escape will help you identify thought patterns and emotional processes that are causing you difficulty in bringing your life back in control. The readings will give you direction for new ways of coping with the stresses in your life. The workbook portion of Escape should only take a few minutes to read and complete any exercises contained in the chapters.

The audio portion of Escape is where you will spend most of your time during the program. I suggest you listen to your CD at least once a day, but three times a day is best for maximum results. You may want to start with a morning session before you even get out of bed. If possible, create a schedule for yourself and spend about 20 minutes with your CD in the morning, afternoon and then again in the evening.

Don’t get discouraged if you initially have a hard time calming your mind. Just simply return your thoughts to your breathing exercises until you can rest your mind. Then rejoin me on our journey together for peace of mind.

This is a program of progress, not perfection. Be easy on yourself. Although you should find some immediate relief, long-term healing is a process. Allow yourself to feel whatever it is you are feeling. Give yourself well earned credit for beginning this life-altering program, and being an active participant in your own recovery.

Throughout the various exercises, I will remind you to be responsible for your part in your physical, emotional and spiritual state of being, and healing. We can’t change what we fail to acknowledge is our responsibility.

I know you are going to love Escape as much as I loved creating it. It’s relaxing, mentally entertaining and enlightening. This isn’t traditional work; think of it as a mental “spa vacation” that will transform your life!

**Full money back guarantee if not completely satisfied with this program in 30 days.

Today I will not be offended by another person’s view of me. They are looking at me through the lenses of their own life experience.
